Mark your calendar for Sri Nandana Ugadi Utsavaalu on

Saturday, April 14th, 2012 at 5:00 PM.

Venue:

Gymnasium Building at Rock Church,
12500 South Pennsylvania Ave Oklahoma City, OK

Note that Gymnasium Building is located in the backside of the church building. There's plenty of parking available around the church building.

Social hour starts at 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM (Tea & Snacks served).

Cultural Program 6 PM on wards followed by Dinner

Annual Membership : $25 (Single); $50 (Family)

Event Fee for Non-Members $10

Thank you for every one for attending Oklahoma Telugu Varshikotsavam and making it a grand success! Hope you all enjoyed the cultural programs where our community participated with much enthusiasm.  A big thank you from Oklahoma Telugu Sangham committee to all the participants and volunteers ! 

Thanks to all the choreographers, teachers and parents giving us a brilliant cultural show. Warm welcome to all the new members, we hope you enjoy the company of Oklahoma Telugu Sangham. Thank you all who renewed the memberships and supporting the community activities.

Oklahoma Telugu Sangham (OTS) is a non-profit organization formed by Telugu speaking families in Oklahoma City.

Telugu is the official language of Andhra Pradesh, one of the largest states of India. Telugu is the mother tongue of the majority of people of Andhra Pradesh, it is also spoken in neighbouring states like Chattisgarh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Orissa and Tamil Nadu. It is also one of the twenty-two scheduled languages of the Republic of India and was conferred the status of a Classical language by the Government of India.

The wonderful Andhra Pradesh (Telugu) state is famous for a wide range of performing arts, including dance, drama and music, ingenious arts and crafts, and glorious religions.

The objective of the organization is to bring people together to celebrate the rich Telugu Culture .

OTS celebrates major Telugu festivals like Sankranthi, Ugadi, Dasara and Deepavali reflecting the heritage of Andhra Pradesh.
